Public Works Department

The Department of Public Works is committed to the planning and implementation of the policies, goals, and objectives as established by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Glenwood. It is our inherent duty to preserve and protect the Village's major investment in its infrastructure so that we may realize the maximum possible benefit of its intended purpose. In the performance of our duties we will constantly strive to efficiently apply the best possible management and technology, at the lowest possible cost, to achieve the most effective results. A professional atmosphere is to be maintained through continuing education, training, and adherence to safety principles; in turn, we will continue to educate management, elected officials, and the public of the importance of Public Works and the impact of their decisions.
The Public Works Department provides a wide range of services to Village residents.
