How do I start water and sewer service?
- Customer will have to come to the Village Hall to apply for service.
- Customer must provide one photo ID.
- Customer must pay a $75 deposit at the time of application.
- Policies and procedures will be discussed at the time of application.
How can I pay my water/sewer bill?
1. Glenwood Village Hall
One Asselborn Way
Glenwood, IL 60425
Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Cash, Check, American Express, Discover, or MasterCard accepted. A convenience fee applies to payments with a credit card.
2. Drop Box at the west side of the Village Hall building. Please do not put cash into the drop box.
3. Electronic Payment via Epay. MasterCard, American Express, or Discover accepted, and a convenience fee will be charged. This fee is not charged or collected by the Village of Glenwood.
Is there a penalty for a late payment?
A late fee will be charged if payment is not received by the due date.
Can my service be disconnected?
Service will be disconnected if the bill remains unpaid for more than 30 days past the original due date.
