CEDA Program Offerings

The Community and Economic Development Association of Cook County, Inc. (CEDA) is one of the largest private, nonprofit Community Action Agencies in the country, serving residents throughout Cook County, Illinois. 

CEDA provides various services in areas of economic and community development to enact its mission: working together with communities to empower residents and families to reach self-sufficiency and improve their quality of life.

CEDA's programs and services include offerings in the areas of education, emergency assistance, employment and training, energy conservation and services, health and nutrition, and housing.
