BASEBALL/FOOTBALL FIELD USAGE
The baseball diamonds, T-ball fields and related fields located at Hickory Glen Park and Arquilla Park shall be reserved for use by the Glenwood Baseball League on the following days and times from and including the last Saturday in April through and including the last day of June:

Any individual(s) using the baseball diamonds, T-ball and related fields located at Hickory Glen Park and Arquilla Park shall relinquish the use of such village facilities to the coaches and teams of the Glenwood Baseball League at the above dates and times. It shall be a violation of this chapter for any individual(s) to refuse to relinquish the baseball diamonds and related fields located at Hickory Glen Park and Arquilla Park to the coaches and teams of the Glenwood Baseball League on any of the above days and times. A violation of this section shall be punishable pursuant to section 66-5 of this chapter. Nothing contained in this section shall preclude the use of baseball diamonds, T-ball fields and related fields located at Hickory Glen Park and Arquilla Park by any individual(s) on the days and times set forth above when the fields are not being used by the Glenwood Baseball League, provided all other provisions regulating the use of the village's parks are followed.
The village shall post a sign at Hickory Glen Park and Arquilla Park giving notice of the dates and times when the baseball diamonds and related fields located at Hickory Glen Park and Arquilla Park are reserved for use by the Glenwood Baseball League.
