Root Card Program/Residents

 

• Glenwood property owners, Glenwood business owners are eligible for 50% off golf,green fees,memberships, carts fees and bucket of balls as of part of the Root Card Program.
• Glenwood property owners and Glenwood business owners can obtain their Root Card at the Village Hall.Those who qualify for the discount will have to provide all of the following proof of at the Village Hall:

1.  Property ownership.
2. Current paid tax bill.
3. Water account established in the owner’s name.

 

 

Discount Structure for Village of Glenwood ROOT Card Holders Effective March 14, 2018

               

                0 TO 100 GUESTS – NO DISCOUNT AVAILABLE

                101 TO 149 GUESTS - 15% DISCOUNT OFF ROOM RENTAL ONLY

                150 TO 199 GUESTS – 20% DISCOUNT OFF ROOM RENTAL ONLY

                OVER 200 GUESTS – 25% DISCOUNT OFF ROOM RENTAL ONLY

 

ROOT card discount clients with NO HOST (OPEN) BAR PACKAGE must pay for linen (quoted per event specifications) and set-up/tear down ($2.50/guest).

 

ROOT card discount client contracts must be written in the ROOT card holder’s name and the event must be paid for by the ROOT card holder.
