Animal Control Officer

Only two dogs and/or two cats are allowed per residence.  Dogs and cats must be licensed yearly. A valid innoculation and rabies certificate is necessary to obtain a Village license. Animals are not permitted to run at large.  These animals, as well as unlicensed animals, will be impounded by the animal control officer, and the owner will be fined.  Animal waste must be promptly removed from any public area or private premises that is not its owner's.The animal control officer is Paul Sanchuk.  You may contact Paul at 708-753-2400.

Current license fees:
$2.00 per year if the pet is spayed or neutered
$4.00 per year if the pet is not spayed or neutered

Licenses can be purchased at the Village Hall.
